Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packaging is not opened. If you have opened the packaging and are not satisfied, please call 0300 0555 678, and our customer care agent will guide you accordingly. You can select from the options below to return your product(s):
You can return your product(s) directly to Nutriful, DHA Phase 5, Lahore. Once we receive your products at Nutriful, we will refund your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
Our partner courier will pick up the product from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Nutriful, we will deduct Rs 200 from your order amount and return the remaining amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
If you suspect that your product has been tampered with, please keep the original product and packaging. We will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
