1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Be sure to check your mailbox and add "nutriful.com.pk" to your email address book. Moreover,If you need assistance, please call 0300 0555 678 or email us at hello@nutriful.com.

2. How does our order verification process work?

Once you place your order on our website, you will receive an automated SMS from our system with a verification link. You need to click that link to verify your order. If the provided link is not working, you can call our customer care at 0300 0555 678 or email us at hello@nutriful.com.

3. What are the exchange, return, and refund policies for Nutriful.com.pk?

Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packaging is not opened. If you have opened the packaging and are not satisfied, please call 0300 0555 678, and our customer care agent will guide you accordingly. You can select from the options below to return your product(s):

Option 1:

You can return your product(s) directly to Nutriful, DHA Phase 5, Lahore. Once we receive your products at Nutriful, we will refund your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

Option 2:

Our partner courier will pick up the product from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Nutriful, we will deduct Rs 200 from your order amount and return the remaining amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you suspect that your product has been tampered with, please keep the original product and packaging. We will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

4. How do I return Nutriful products if purchased from a different store?

If you purchased Nutriful products online from another website, please follow their return and refund instructions.
If you purchased Nutriful products from a retailer, please return the item according to their return policy.
